Shipping policy 

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. We might have to contact you if Shopify suggests any form of fraudulent activity before confirming your order. If this happens, processing of the order might take longer, and it depends on how fast we can get a response from you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $150 flat rate insured overnight to two-day shipping to the United States from FedEx.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Da Vinci Fine Jewelry, Inc. at Atlanta, GA. Please contact us before making your purchase through Shopify if you wish to pick up at the store.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Make sure to contact us before arriving. We need to register you before entering the building.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries allowed by FedEx. 
We offer $295 flat rate insured overnight to two-day shipping for international shipping.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Da Vinci Fine Jewelry, Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@davincifinejewelry.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
